True Realization Centre exists to close that gap — guiding people toward the qualities that make us fully human: love, compassion, wisdom and patience, through the 7 Day True Realization Experiential Program.
These are the five passions that keep us bound as "people." The 7 Day Programme is built to help each participant recognise and gently release them — clearing the way to realise the Self as Soul, and to radiate unconditional love toward family, neighbours, friends and every acquaintance.
What began as one man's conviction that spiritual upliftment could change ordinary lives has grown, quietly and steadily, across four countries.
K M Sivaswamy establishes True Realization Centre in Malaysia, with the sole aim of the spiritual upliftment of mankind.
The 7 Day Experiential Programme is brought to India, beginning its journey across Tamil Nadu, starting in Chennai.
Word spreads through families and communities; the programme extends to Singapore and Indonesia over more than fifteen years.
Sessions run continuously across Malaysia, India, Singapore and Indonesia, welcoming people from every walk of life.
Over seven days, participants work through the five passions of mind, moving from reaction toward realisation — and toward the soul's own capacity for love.
Building a genuine love bond within the family
Recognising and overcoming stress at its root
Releasing bad thoughts and long-held habits
Rebuilding self-confidence from the inside out
Setting goals grounded in clarity, not compulsion
Everyday spiritual practice for a steadier mind
Known affectionately to thousands of participants as Anbu Aasan — "the teacher of love" — K M Sivaswamy founded True Realization Centre in Malaysia in 1998. For over two decades he has guided the 7 Day Experiential Programme in person and through recorded talks, shaping its central teaching: that transformation begins the moment a person chooses love over the five passions of mind.
His teaching continues today through the Centre's ongoing sessions across Malaysia, India, Singapore and Indonesia, and through the Centre's official video archive.

I came in exhausted and short-tempered with my own family. I left understanding where that anger was actually coming from.
Participant, ChennaiThe programme didn't ask me to believe anything new — it asked me to look honestly at habits I'd stopped noticing.
